Growth Spurts!
Growth spurts often get the blame for a whole host of puzzling behaviors, from stepped-up feedings to sleep disruptions and sudden fussiness. Babies grow astonishingly fast. By their first birthday they will have tripled their birth weight and grown eight to ten inches.
